WCEA/WASC Visiting Committee Interest Form 2024-25
Teams will be assigned in September.All schools in the Diocese of San Diego are accredited through the Western Catholic Educational Association and Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
Catholic School Accreditation is a process for determining the quality of a school’s overall Catholic Identity and educational program. The Catholic school examines itself in order to understand what is working well for the total school community and what it needs to do better to meet the learning needs of the students and to ensure long-term viability and vitality.

Suggested Trainings include the following:
Gathering input on your Annual Report for Full Staff (any Progress Year from January to March)
Transition from ISL/E3 to SE for Full Staff (suggested in Progress Year before Writing Year)
Preparing your Leadership Team for Leadership Team (suggested in Progress Year before Writing Year)
Phase 1 - Building & Updating your Data Library for Full Staff (any Progress Year from October to December)
Phase 2 - Benchmark & Standard Ratings, Gathering Feedback for Full Staff (suggested in Writing Year from October to December)
Phase 3 - Identifying Critical Goals, Writing your EIP for Full Staff (suggested in Writing Year from April to June)
Phase 4 - Preparing for your Visit for Full Staff (suggested in Visit Year October to December)
